JSEL Securities Limited is a subsidiary company of Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited incorporated on 20th April, 2000 as a company limited by guarantee under the Companies Act, 1956. JSEL Securities Limited is a member of Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE).

The prime object of JSEL Securities Limited is to provide Online Trading Platform of BSE to the Brokers of Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited. Presently 129 trading members of Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited are associated with the Company as Sub-Brokers.

 

JSEL Securities Ltd. was converted to a Company Limited by shares on 25.10.2010 with an authorized share capital of Rs. 2,00,000,00/- divided into 2 crore equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

The Operations of the company are fully computerized and has its own computers, Servers, UPS etc. At present it is functioning in the premises of the Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited at Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The company has obtained one 2MBPS Lease Line of Airtel, one 2MBPS Lease Line of Reliance and a V-Sat connecting JSEL Securities Limited to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai.
